QRyde is proud to announce the conclusion of the first seminar in its “Provider Dialogue Series”, an ongoing discussion between transportation providers and industry experts, designed to educate, inform and inspire! This past Tuesday, November 10, 2015, fifteen people from local transportation providers gathered at QRyde’s headquarters in Lowell, MA to listen to presentations from industry experts Caryn Souza, a senior executive at the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) and Steve Fittante, a long-time veteran of New Jersey Transit and an expert on Community Transportation. Ms. Souza and Mr. Fittante discussed a range on topics, including innovative fleet management strategies and tactics, new models for building community transportation, and how to adapt to a changing transportation landscape in the era of emboldened Transportation Network Companies (TNCs). In addition to the presentations, attendees were able to share their experiences with one another, and engage in spirited dialogue with the guest speakers. QRyde is pleased to announce that the next in the series will be held in January, 2016, and will focus on Medicaid Providers in the Marketplace.
